Shaquille O’Neal’s latest ride was supposed to turn heads — not disappear. The NBA Hall of Famer’s one-of-a-kind 2025 Range Rover, valued at $180,000, was reportedly stolen in Georgia while being transported to Louisiana for an LSU football weekend. Authorities believe the luxury SUV was fraudulently removed from a fabrication business sometime between October 20 and 22 and later driven to the Atlanta area.
The vehicle was being handled by Effortless Motors, the custom shop that has worked on many of Shaq’s famous cars, and shipped through FirstLine Trucking LLC. The Lumpkin County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that investigators have identified suspects, issued search warrants, and are tracing digital records to determine how the high-profile theft occurred.
Effortless Motors, which crafted the Range Rover’s custom interior and extended seating to fit Shaq’s 7-foot-1 frame, offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to its recovery.

Ahmad Abdelrahman, a spokesperson for the company, said the theft appears to be part of a sophisticated operation.
“We do all his cars. This time, we set up transport, and transport claimed they were hacked and don’t know who picked up the vehicle,” Abdelrahman said. “Police are saying this may be part of a big operation ring that’s been happening. We’re waiting for updates.”
FirstLine Trucking told investigators it was the victim of a cyberattack, though the company allegedly didn’t disclose that information until after the SUV vanished.
The missing vehicle marks a rare setback for the NBA icon, whose automotive collection is the stuff of legend. Over the years, Shaq has turned his passion for cars into an art form — blending power, comfort, and size in equal measure. His garage reportedly includes everything from a custom Dodge Charger Hellcat and Ford F-650 pickup to a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Lamborghini Gallardo, and even a three-row Polaris Slingshot designed for his frame.

Shaq’s collaboration with Effortless Motors has produced some of his most jaw-dropping creations. The Atlanta-based shop is known for modifying exotic cars for athletes and celebrities, and Shaq has been one of their favorite clients since 2023. His latest Range Rover project featured a stretched cabin, plush leather interior, and a redesigned console to fit his massive hands and longer legs.
While O’Neal hasn’t publicly commented yet, fans on social media have been buzzing about the theft, with many speculating that “Big Diesel” will respond in trademark Shaq fashion — a mix of humor and authority.
As police continue their investigation, Effortless Motors emphasized its ongoing cooperation with law enforcement and commitment to its clients’ security. For now, the hunt continues for one of the most recognizable SUVs in America — a luxury ride built for one of the biggest names in sports.
